Integration of Technical Support Site into the New Membership Types of THK Online Services
Thank you for using the Technical Support Site.
THK has launched online services, such as the Technical Support Site, to serve as a communication platform with our customers.
Since late March 2025, the functions of the Technical Support Site have been integrated with those of the new website to form THK Online Services.
We consider the member ID an important factor in communicating with our customers and will therefore update the membership requirements and introduce different types of memberships.
THK will continuously enhance this platform to provide a foundation for convenient online services for our customers.
New Types of Membership
Now, to further optimize the current services, memberships will be divided into two groups starting in late March 2025, with the integration of the current service.
◆THK Online Services Guest Member (Registration scheduled to begin in late March 2025)
Guest members can access and download THK catalogs, use the online comparison function, obtain basic technical information, and utilize the favorites feature.
【Registration requirements for guest members】
E-mail address, name of the company or organization, full name
✻Further terms of use, including membership registration, are subject to the THK Terms of Service.
◆THK Online Services Full Member
Full members have access to all functions currently available to registered members of the Technical Support Site, including all convenient tools, CAD data, detailed technical information, and FAQs, as well as the content available to guest members. Additionally, all new information and services will be accessible immediately upon release.
【Registration requirements for full members】
E-mail address with the domain of your organization (company, association, etc.), name of the organization, full name, contact details (mailing address, phone number, etc.), and all other required information for member registration.
✻As a general rule, e-mail addresses issued by internet service providers cannot be used for registration (examples: gmail.com, yahoo.com, nifty.com, biglobe.ne.jp).
✻If this is not possible because the registrant's company or organization does not have e-mail addresses with its own domain or for other reasons, you may still submit an application, provided these circumstances are clearly explained.
✻An application may be denied due to missing customer information, for companies operating in the same or a related business field, or due to past account suspensions, in accordance with the THK Terms of Service.
✻Additional terms of service, including membership registration, are subject to the THK Terms of Service.

【Important】New Membership Service for Current Users of the Technical Support Site
If the above registration requirements for THK Online Services Membership (Full Member) are met, you can continue to use the same member services simply by resetting your password.
Furthermore, passwords can be reset until October 5, 2025. After that, new registration will be required to use the THK Online Services.
【Important】You will no longer be able to use the THK Online Services starting in late March 2025 if you do not meet the registration requirements, are using the services without an organizational domain, or if your registration information is incomplete.
In such cases, please submit a Non-Standard User Application. (See "Non-Standard User Application System" below.)
【System for Non-Standard User Applications】If the registrant’s company or organization does not have e-mail addresses with an organization domain or there are other unavoidable circumstances, you may still apply to use the online services by clearly stating these circumstances.
