THK becomes global sponsor of the 2023 World Baseball Classic™

THK is an official sponsor of this year's World Baseball Classic™* that will take place from March 8th to 21st in Taiwan, Japan and the United States.

The World Baseball Classic™ is the ultimate international baseball tournament featuring some of the best professional players from a total of 20 countries and regions. After the first two tournaments in 2006 and 2009 a four-year rhythm was adopted. This year marks the fifth year of the globally acclaimed all-star tournament after a six-year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic.

In previous tournaments, THK has advertised at the Tokyo Dome, Yankee Stadium and Angel Stadium. As the world’s attention gathers to this high-profile event, THK aims both to further accelerate its growth strategy of full-scale globalization and to expand its business domains.
